...and depressed to boot - such a shame to come back to rain and gloom, eh?

Welcome back to the slog. I think they call it the post-holiday dip. Blighty: the weather sucks but the people are great. Er. Mostly.
OOh, wow, I take it that your last entry was written on your elective... I'm so jealous. I'm still in the THIRD year, disillusioned with the BSc (God knows how I'll survive the fourth year) and so impatient to just start in the hospitals again!
I like your blog - will continue checking it out!
